Stranded on a Desert Island with the Blonde Beauty Governor

Stranded on a Desert Island with the Blonde Beauty Governor Chapter 6

However, the most important thing for now was that they had to hide. If the armed rebels on this island were to discover them, they would be killed for sure!

Luo Jun's heart raced as if he was back on the battlefield in the Middle East.

He quickly searched inside and was excited to find an M82 anti-materiel sniper rifle in the side compartment of the aircraft!

This was a cannon in a soldier's eyes.

It weighed 28 pounds and was generally used to take out armored vehicles, cars, boats, helicopters and more.

This gun was a spare on the transport plane. Transport planes don't usually participate directly in combat, but it's hard to avoid getting dragged onto the battlefield. At times like these, it was very necessary to have a sniper rifle like this to fight back and escape or assist ground forces.

Luo Jun took out the magazine. The ten 12.7 caliber bullets inside were untouched.

But he couldn't find any extra bullets inside the plane.

He took off the side compartment, put the sniper rifle back inside, then put the compartment's strap over his head and slung it diagonally over his shoulder. Then he gathered up some of the intact combat boots inside.

In total, he only collected three intact pairs of combat boots. Luo Jun tied the shoelaces together and hung them around his neck, then kept searching.

Inside, he also found a safety axe, two military daggers, a climbing rope, and a military first aid kit that excited Luo Jun.

There were also a few helmets.

Other than that, nothing else was found.

Luo Jun had thought he might also find rucksacks, but didn't know if the soldiers hadn't brought them or had attacked with light equipment.

There were no reserves at all, or the armed rebels on the island had taken them away.

In short, Luo Jun didn't know what mission this transport plane had been carrying out.

Luo Jun wasn't a greedy person. This harvest made him very satisfied and gave him some sense of security.

At least if he encountered those mysterious armed rebels, he would have some possibility of fighting back.

When Lorna saw Luo Jun come out with a long box on his back, shoes in hand, and holding a red safety axe, she was very excited.

She understood clearly that having these supplies would greatly improve their survival capabilities.

"Is there anything else inside?" Lorna asked curiously. Luo Jun shook his head, "I advise you not to look. It'll make you throw up everything you've eaten. Don't waste food when we're short on supplies."

Luo Jun said this, and Lorna covered her nose. Only then did she understand the strange smell she had noticed earlier might be the rotting smell of corpses.

"Let's go back first. There's something even more important than finding water that I need to tell everyone." Luo Jun said gravely.

Lorna helped take the shoes hanging on Luo Jun.

"What is it?" Lorna asked. Luo Jun looked at her complicatedly.

"This transport plane was shot down." Luo Jun said. Lorna was stunned.

"Does that mean the U.S. military will come look for it?"

Lorna didn't sound very professional saying this. As a politician, her sensitivity to military conflicts would definitely be higher.

Hearing the transport plane was shot down, she shouldn't have asked this. She should have asked what organization dared attack their military's transport plane in a place like this!

Hearing her say this, Luo Jun was even more certain she knew some inside information about this island.

"That transport plane was shot down at least three days ago. If the U.S. military was going to search for it, they would have come already. What we should worry about now more is the armed rebels on this island!"

Luo Jun didn't expose Lorna's inner thoughts.

Pretending to be ignorant like this, or not seeming so clever, helped protect himself and could better probe for information.

Luo Jun wasn't an explorer and didn't want to know what secrets this island held. He just wanted to survive and return to his daughter.

So he didn't plan on asking more about the island's secrets.

"There are armed rebels on this island? How can you be so sure?" Lorna asked, her expression changing slightly.

"The bullet holes on the plane are clearly from ground fire." Luo Jun said.

"Couldn't they be from a ship at sea?" Lorna asked.

"That was a possibility originally, but the soldiers who died inside, their firearms were all taken away. This was definitely done by people. If it was a ship at sea attacking, unless there was something they wanted on the plane, they wouldn't track it down to the crash site. That would increase operational costs for them."

Luo Jun said, walking in front.

Lorna didn't have anything to say to that and followed silently behind Luo Jun.

Luo Jun had done this intentionally, exposing his back to Lorna. If she was worried he would discover her secrets, she might attack him.

Luo Jun could react completely through observing shadows to an attack like that.

But Lorna didn't do anything strange the whole way. Of course, that didn't mean Lorna was trustworthy yet. Her not making a move now could mean she planned to act at night while sleeping, or planned to act before being rescued. After all, as a woman alone on a dangerous deserted island, her chances of survival weren't high.

They returned to the seaside.

Jack and Jenny were arguing and pulling at each other there again. Li Shi stood on the side mediating.

Seeing Luo Jun and Lorna return, they were all stunned, especially at the things in Luo Jun's hands. They were extremely shocked, all thinking of greater hope.

Li Shi ran over. Jenny and Jack followed behind.

"Uncle, did you find a water source? Where did these things come from?"

Li Shi asked what everyone was wondering. Jack and Jenny also had shock and curiosity on their faces. After all, finding modern industrial products on this deserted island meant greater hope for survival, even finding people.

"Hurry and move those stones arranged in an SOS away. Also, we need to leave here now and find a hidden place to stay for the time being!"

Luo Jun didn't explain right away, but gave orders.

Jack was immediately unhappy now.

"Mr. Luo Jun, what are you thinking? Forget how dangerous hiding in the forest would be, even if a search and rescue team came by they wouldn't find us. Then we really would have to live on this island forever. You might be willing, but I'm not. Anyone who wants to go in can go in!"

Jack said, holding onto Jenny.

Jenny was also very confused now, because she didn't want to hide in the forest either. Doing that was the same as giving up all hope of being saved.

Just then, Lorna stepped forward and recounted what had happened.

The already pale faces of the crowd grew even more unpredictable.

"Just based on your random guessing, you want us to go live in the woods? Isn't that a joke? Whoever wants to go can go, but we won't."

Jack said, pulling Jenny.

Luo Jun took a deep breath. In the past, Jack would already be dead, because if he was caught alive by those armed rebels, he would definitely sell out Luo Jun and the others too.

But Luo Jun hadn't killed in a long time and didn't want to go back to his old ways.

"We've had a fire going here for a while. If those armed rebels have scouts, they've definitely discovered us by now. If we don't leave now, they might come kill us." Luo Jun said.

But Jack said, "If they come, will they definitely kill us? Maybe they'll save us."

Luo Jun gave a cold laugh.

He didn't want to say any more. Trying to fool yourself like this was useless.
