Grand Opening Ceremony Part 03

Just watching the performance of these little monkeys made the tourists feel their visit was worthwhile.

However, this was only the beginning of the West Rainbow Zoo's reopening ceremony.

When the time reached eight o'clock, a large truck driving towards the zoo's entrance instantly caught everyone's attention.

Following the tourists' gaze, this truck, originally used for cargo transport, was now decorated with thick KT boards to resemble a large tiger.

From a distance, it looked like an oversized Siberian tiger.

As people were casting curious glances, Yang Lin's voice came through the zoo's loudspeakers.

"Today marks the first opening of West Rainbow Zoo after our upgrade, and it's also the entrance ceremony for our new animal friends."

"First, we'd like to introduce Shuai Shuai, a young Siberian tiger from the northeastern region of Dragon Country!"

As Yang Lin finished speaking, an energetic roar echoed from the truck.

Through the gaps between the truck's compartment bars, a full-grown striped tiger was clearly visible.

Although not as intimidating as Sister Hua, it already possessed the nascent aura of a forest king.

Instantly, enthusiastic applause erupted from the crowd.

"Wow! Sister Hua has a companion now, and it's a male Siberian tiger. Do you think they might become a couple?"

"Probably not. In Sister Hua's eyes, this male tiger is probably just a little pup."

"Ah, that makes sense."

Amid the crowd's discussions, this male Siberian tiger from the city zoo was slowly transported towards the tiger enclosure.

Soon after, another truck decorated to look like a zebra drove by.

Upon seeing the zebras on the truck, local tourists quickly recognized them.

"These two look like the ones from the city zoo, but somehow they seem different from when they were there."

"No way, are they already sick before officially joining?"

"What are you talking about? I think they both look more energetic."

"What's that behind them?"

Following the zebras' entrance, a truck decorated as a lion appeared behind them.

Seeing this, the previously puzzled tourists suddenly understood.

"Now I get why they seem more energetic - there's a big guy following them."

"Brilliant, who arranged this order?"

"Hilarious, those zebras must have been scared out of their minds the whole way."

While talking, these tourists didn't forget to take out their phones to record this spectacular moment.

Just then, bird calls from the sky quickly drew their attention.

As people looked up, they saw a massive golden eagle soaring in the blue sky, followed by a diverse group of birds rapidly flapping their wings.

At first, people thought these birds were just passing by, but as they watched, they noticed something unusual.

These various birds were clearly flying towards their direction.

When the birds were directly overhead, red envelopes suddenly started falling from the sky.

The scene instantly transformed into a rain of red packets.

The atmosphere reached its peak at that moment.

Meanwhile, a truck loaded with various small animals slowly approached under the amazed gazes of the crowd.

Through its semi-transparent compartment, adorable small animals were clearly visible.

There were raccoons taking leisurely strolls, baby koalas hugging eucalyptus trees and sleeping, muscular yet cute-faced kangaroo mothers with their joeys, and black swans chasing penguins.

The entire transparent compartment was like a miniature ecosystem.

While these small animals didn't have the same impact as the larger ones before them, they had their own unique charm.

Just when people thought the animals' entrance ceremony was over, heavy footsteps echoed from the end of the road.

The next second, under countless watchful eyes, a massive figure slowly emerged into view.

It was none other than a full-grown African elephant.

And on top of this African elephant sat an unexpected figure that surprised everyone.

Who else could it be but Zoo Director Yang Lin.

Seeing Yang Lin's figure, the crowd was both surprised and delighted.

"He got us again, damn it."

"Wow, saving such a cool entrance for himself, that's so like him."

"I was wondering why Director Yang hadn't shown up yet, turns out he was planning this."

"I think riding on an elephant like that isn't fair - because I've never done it, and I'm already jealous."

"Watch me trip it and make Director Yang fall off."

As tourists were looking up at Yang Lin on the elephant's back, he suddenly reached into a nearby basket.

The next moment, a tiger plushie appeared in his hand.

Seeing this plushie, everyone's eyes lit up.

The plushie was clearly a Q-version of Sister Hua.

Yang Lin's following words confirmed their guess.

"To thank all visitors for supporting West Rainbow Zoo, I specially ordered plushies of our zoo animals from the factory."

"I'll randomly give out one hundred of these here, and if you don't get one, you can purchase them at our souvenir shop inside the park."

As soon as Yang Lin finished speaking, he handed the Sister Hua plushie to a young girl by the road.

The girl's face immediately lit up with extreme joy upon receiving the plushie.

But this was just the beginning.

After the Sister Hua plushie, Yang Lin brought out Lion King plushies, Dung Beetle plushies, Puppy Squad plushies, and Qiu Qiu and Yuan Yuan plushies.

These plushies, like the Sister Hua one before, were randomly given to tourists along the road.

Each time one was given out, waves of envious voices could be heard from the crowd.

Before long, all hundred souvenir plushies had been distributed.

Those lucky enough to receive plushies were as excited as if they'd won the lottery.

"Damn, I should have pushed to the front. I really wanted that Dung Beetle plushie - it even has actual poop in its hands!"

"The Qiu Qiu and Yuan Yuan plushies are so cute too."

"I think the Lion King plushie is the best - it's big enough to be a pillow."

"The director really put his heart into this - every animal has a unique design, even that pig."

"The animals from the city zoo definitely made the right choice coming here."

"Stop talking, they're about to open the gates. Quick, let's find the souvenir shop."

"Yes, yes, with so many people today, we might not get any if we're late."

As the entrance ceremony concluded, West Rainbow Zoo's gates officially opened.

When these tourists entered the zoo again, they were immediately struck by how impressive it looked.
